TT Croaker

TT Croaker, also known as Tongue Sole Croaker, is a type of fish from the Sciaenidae family. This saltwater fish is found in coastal waters around Asia and Africa, stretching from the Persian Gulf to the western Pacific Ocean. It is popular among fish lovers and is often available in markets in Asia.

The whole TT Croaker is a small fish that usually measures between 20-30 cm in length. It has a slim body and a rounded head, featuring a silver-grey color on its body and a white belly. Its fins often have hints of yellow or pink. The fish has a small mouth with sharp teeth, and its dorsal fin is long and spiny. The HGT (Head, Gut, and Tail) version of TT Croaker is commonly sold because it is easier to handle and prepare than the whole fish
